Quest For Traffic


The Quest For Traffic is a constant one.  A traffic generating technique that produced great results last month wont necessarily do so this month.  You need to be consistently hunting down hits from every corner of the net.  This site is designed to assist in that task by exploring techniques to generate traffic from a number of methods.  Get enough traffic of a reasonable quality and you have almost guaranteed success.  Fail to get traffic and you won’ t even be able to give away gold bars!

My name is Shamsul Hayat and this is my humble effort to bring another perspective to the traffic generating arena.  I am a father of three great kids and do not get to spend enough time with them.  I have started internet marketing in the hope and expectation that I will eventually generate a large enough income to allow me to work from home.  I have set up this site because I have quickly realised that traffic is the most precious commodity on the net.  It is the lifeblood of any online marketing business.  I have another website dedicated to looking at ways to monetise traffic.  Between these two sites I hope to show anyone who wants to learn how to set up and run a growing online business.

The ways to generate traffic are countless.  It is my intention to bring to your attention those that are known to generate the most traffic (of a reasonable quality).  The best type of traffic is the organic search engine traffic.  This is the holy grail and like all great achievements will take time to come to fruition.  In the meantime we will look at other techniques that can generate hits to our site more quickly.  Some of the things we will look at will include amongst others:

  • Building Backlinks – Writing unique quality content and active participation for long term traffic.
  • SEO – Building and maintaining a search engine friendly site for organic traffic.
  • Social Media Marketing – Tapping into the mood of the internet generation.
